Do dogs have souls ( part five)

The Supreme Being is not called TAC now, is he?

Dogs are definitely made in God's image. A small hint is that "God" is "dog" spelt backwards ( it is no crazier than those people who do the bible and number/ verse co-incidences - sorry God incidences.)

  1. "Even the dog under the table eats the children's scraps".(Mark 7 v. 28) In this bible reference, the woman was referring to Our Lord's Yorkshire Terrier which accompanied Him on His travels. Sorry to sound Evangelical.

  2. I like it!

Of course, it was at this point that Our Lord began to extend his ministry to Yorkshire Terriers and other canines rather than just to the Jews.

  3. That is true. He extended in His love to Gentile canines but, since He wasn't Roman Catholic but an Anglican,He had suspicions about Irish wolfhounds.

  4. Of course! What would I do without your theological and spiritual guidance on these matters, Revd Akeroff?

  5. Obviously our Lord's dog would be a Yorkie, since everybody knows Yorkshire is God's Own Country. And one can see him having a distaste for Italian greyhounds, for the same reason as Irish wolfhounds. And of course he wouldn't have an Afghan hound, since he disapproves of the Taleban. Does his lack of a Borzoi imply a reserve about the Orthodox?
Or did he later become inclusive of these breeds - perhaps when someone reminded him of the proverb, 'better a living dog than a dead lion'?

  6. I can see this is going to be divisive. Will it cause schism though?

  7. On reflection, I feel sure God loves all dogs.
Cats, though, that's a different matter! Do you realise that if you take letters 1,3 &5 of the word 'antichrist' and scramble them, you have 'cat'? The message is clear!
